What you can post to Instagram.

Do I need a business account?

You need a professional account, which is a Business or a Creator account. Personal accounts aren't supported. Switching is free in the Instagram app.

Why my own Meta app?

Postbroad never provides an app. You connect with your own Meta app, so the access stays yours. Meta may need to approve your app before it can post for people who don't have a role on it. Postbroad shows where the review stands.

How do I know a post really went live?

After Instagram accepts the post, Postbroad looks it up on Instagram. Only then is it marked live, with the time and a link.

Can an agent schedule my Instagram posts?

It can draft them. The drafts wait for you unless you switch on autonomy for the brand.
